If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at support@bnbeachbikini.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

For eligible returns, products should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene considerations, swimwear may only be eligible for return if it meets our return requirements and has not been worn, washed, or otherwise used.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Items that do not meet our return requirements may not qualify for a refund.
